Privacy
How we look after your information.
Last updated 23 October 2026
Short version: we only collect what you give us in the early-access form, we use it to contact you about the ELARIS beta, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Who we are
ELARIS is a product of Legatus Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16924737), registered office 8 St. Chads Avenue, Portsmouth, England, PO2 0SB. We're responsible for your information under UK data-protection law. Questions about privacy go to hello@elarisai.com.
What we collect
When you ask for early access, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, work email and business name
- your role and team size, if you tell us
- the tools you use, and what you'd hand to ELARIS first, if you tell us
- that you agreed to be contacted about the beta
This website doesn't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- to contact you about the ELARIS beta and set it up with you
- to understand which tools to connect ELARIS to next
- to keep the website running and secure
We rely on your consent to contact you (you can withdraw it at any time), and on our legitimate interests in running a secure website.
Who helps us
A few trusted services handle information on our behalf. Each only uses it to provide its service to us:
- Formspree receives the early-access form and emails it to us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards our email; like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. They provide data-protection terms covering international transfers. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your early-access details while the beta runs, and for no more than 24 months after you last heard from us, unless you become a customer. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Just email hello@elarisai.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or, in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
When you use ELARIS itself
This page covers this website. When your business uses ELARIS, it connects to your own systems (such as your CRM, email and calendar) to do its work, and uses specialist AI and voice services to understand requests and reply. We'll explain exactly how that data is handled, and agree it with you, before setting ELARIS up for your business.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
